In order to reduce the distance between the companies, CEPEMAR Meio Ambiente located in Vitoria (Espirito Santo, Brazil) and CEPEMAR Environmental Service located in Florida (United States) are meeting through videoconference.
The videoconference is an interpersonal system that allows live audio and video communication between groups of people no matter where they are. CEPEMAR has brought the innovating equipment in order to better serve its clients who utilize the same system to conduct their meetings
According to the director of CEPEMAR Administration and Participations Department, Erik Fabian Cunha, a test call was performed in order to identify the benefits from the equipment. “The meetings are conducted without any waste of time therefore increasing our productivity and reducing traveling costs, for example. Our communication is now faster” says the director.
